Almonds, soaked before pressing so more of each nutrient is available to the body – vitamin E for antioxidant defence, magnesium for muscle ease and nervous-system calm, oleic acid for cardiovascular health. Medjool dates bring natural sweetness within a whole-fruit fibre matrix, moderating the blood sugar response and feeding the gut bacteria central to digestive health, with potassium to support healthy blood pressure. Himalayan pink salt adds electrolyte depth and heightens the almonds and vanilla. Whole-bean vanilla gives the formula its soul.
- All frozen products are cold-pressed then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
- The evening before you want to consume a frozen product, place it in a bowl or container of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, which preserves the product integrity.
- Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
- Shake gently before opening – natural separation after defrosting is normal, a sign of no stabilisers.
- This product contains tree nuts (almonds) and may contain traces of celery. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
- If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. Cold-pressed juice naturally contains fruit and vegetable sugars that are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and can affect your blood glucose.
