Each product placed in the day where its compounds do their best work — sequenced as a single arc the body already knows how to move through.
Green apple anchors the formula with antioxidants and a bright, clean sweetness. Celery and ginger support digestion while setting the anti-inflammatory baseline that compounds across every product to follow. Cucumber delivers deep hydration and natural electrolytes, plus silica for the structure of skin and connective tissue. Fennel eases bloating. Spinach brings iron and folate for cellular energy, with lemon to help the iron absorb.
Pineapple brings bromelain, a natural digestive enzyme that helps the body break down food more efficiently and eases the inflammation that builds when the gut is under strain. Mint delivers menthol – which relaxes the smooth muscle of the gut wall, releasing the tension that manifests as bloating, cramping, and discomfort. Ginger keeps digestion moving comfortably while adding anti-inflammatory depth. Celery contributes anti-inflammatory flavonoids and essential minerals that keep the system balanced; cucumber delivers deep cellular hydration. Lemon lifts the formula with vitamin C for immune resilience.
- Both juices work beautifully fasted in the morning before food. Allow at least 20 minutes between bottles, or sip them across the day at your own rhythm – whichever way the daily practice best fits your routine.
- All frozen products are cold-pressed then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
- Every evening, place one The Icon and one Elixir in bowls or containers of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, preserving the cold-pressed integrity.
- Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Drink chilled. Do not allow to reach room temperature, and do not heat.
- Shake gently before opening. Cold-pressed juices separate naturally – this is a sign of no added stabilisers.
- This product contains celery and may contain traces of tree nuts. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
- If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. Cold-pressed juice naturally contains fruit and vegetable sugars that are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and can affect your blood glucose.
- If you take blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor first. Our products are naturally high in leafy and cruciferous greens, which are rich in vitamin K – and vitamin K can affect how these medications work.
