Each product placed in the day where its compounds do their best work — sequenced as a single arc the body already knows how to move through.
Celery's most studied compounds – phthalides – support circulation through their natural relaxing effect on blood vessel walls, and contribute to the liver's clearance pathways. Apigenin and luteolin pair as a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory flavonoid duo, easing chronic low-grade inflammation and supporting nervous system calm. Vitamin K1 supports bone strength. Natural electrolytes – potassium, calcium, and magnesium – support fluid balance, nerve function, and cardiovascular rhythm, replenishing what the body loses overnight.
On an empty stomach, the body absorbs what it needs without interference – nothing competing, nothing diluting – every compound doing what it's there to do.
Ginger is the active core – its natural compounds address chronic, low-grade inflammation. At the same time, ginger activates digestive movement, supporting the body's own digestive enzyme activity and cueing the system into action. Green apple sustains what ginger sets in motion with quercetin and chlorogenic acid, the polyphenols that add antioxidant coverage and anti-inflammatory depth.
- Drink Pure Celery on an empty stomach – before coffee, food, or any other morning input. The fasted window is the mechanism.
- Allow at least 20 minutes after Pure Celery before drinking Ignite. Twenty minutes lets absorption happen unhindered.
- Seven consecutive mornings is the recommended practice. Day four or five is when most people notice the difference. If you miss a morning, take that day's bottle the following day — but the consecutive sequence is part of how the cumulative effect builds.
- All frozen products are cold-pressed then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
- Every evening, place one Pure Celery and one Ignite in bowls or containers of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, preserving the cold-pressed integrity.
- Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Drink chilled. Do not allow to reach room temperature, and do not heat.
- Shake gently before opening. Cold-pressed juices separate naturally – this is a sign of no added stabilisers.
- This product contains celery and may contain traces of tree nuts. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
- If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. Cold-pressed juice naturally contains fruit and vegetable sugars that are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and can affect your blood glucose.
- If you take blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor first. Our products are naturally high in leafy and cruciferous greens, which are rich in vitamin K – and vitamin K can affect how these medications work.
