Almonds are soaked before pressing – reducing the natural phytates that can limit mineral absorption and make raw nuts harder to digest, so more of each nutrient is available to the body. They deliver vitamin E for skin integrity, cellular protection, and antioxidant defence; magnesium for muscle ease and nervous-system calm; and oleic acid for cardiovascular health. Medjool dates bring natural sweetness within a whole-fruit fibre matrix – moderating the blood sugar response and feeding the gut bacteria central to digestive health, with potassium to support healthy blood pressure. Himalayan pink salt adds electrolyte depth and heightens the almonds and vanilla. Pure ground vanilla – whole bean, not extract – gives the formula its soul, delivering vanillin's extraordinary warmth alongside a gentle antioxidant note that completes the formula.
- Almond Dream works best during the day as a nourishing recharge, or in the evening as the replenishing ritual that settles the nervous system before sleep.
- Morning or afternoon – drink Almond Dream just before one of our cold-pressed juices. The healthy fat matrix enhances fat-soluble nutrient absorption from the juice that follows.
- Evening, as a wind-down ritual – magnesium's muscle ease and nervous system calm make Almond Dream the natural choice before sleep.
- Daily. Magnesium replenishment, skin nourishment, and gut health are cumulative.
- Pairs well with Clarity or Thrive in the morning – drink Almond Dream just before each to enhance fat-soluble nutrient absorption – Power in the afternoon to replenish magnesium and support recovery after physical demand, and Elixir in the evening for combined gut and nervous system ease before sleep.
- This product is unpasteurised. Keep refrigerated at 1°C – 4°C at all times. If you're out, carry it in a cooler bag with an ice pack.
- Our almond blends are pressed to order and have a 72-hour shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Drink chilled. Do not allow to reach room temperature, and do not heat.
- Shake gently before opening. Cold-pressed almond blends separate naturally – this is a sign of no added stabilisers.
- This product contains almonds (tree nuts) and may contain traces of celery. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve its nutrients in their natural form, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
- If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. This blend is naturally sweetened with whole Medjool dates — their sugars sit within the fruit's own fibre and, alongside the almond fats, are absorbed more gradually — but they remain natural sugars that can affect your blood glucose.
