The Signature Glow is our most nourishing full-day cleanse. The complete Signature daytime – Ignite through Power – sequenced across digestion, alkalisation, mid-morning calm, midday focus and circulation. The day closes differently. Glowing Greens carries the gut–skin work in warmth – glucosinolate compounds from sweetheart cabbage, extra virgin olive oil as the fat-soluble carrier for the day's beta-carotene and vitamin E, and the plant protein that eases the body into evening rest. Almonds, soaked before pressing so more of each nutrient is available to the body – vitamin E for antioxidant defence, magnesium for muscle ease and nervous-system calm, oleic acid for cardiovascular health. Medjool dates bring natural sweetness within a whole-fruit fibre matrix, moderating the blood sugar response and feeding the gut bacteria central to digestive health, with potassium to support healthy blood pressure. Himalayan pink salt adds electrolyte depth and heightens the almonds and vanilla. Whole-bean vanilla gives the formula its soul.
- The Signature Glow cleanse follows the Signature daytime sequence, closing with Glowing Greens in the evening. Every product has a moment. Your bottles are numbered – follow them in order for best results.
- Begin with Ignite on an empty stomach – 20–30 minutes before The Icon.
- Continue with one product every 2–3 hours through the day.
- Drink 2 litres of still water or herbal teas throughout the day.
- Have Glowing Greens as the evening meal, before Almond Dream. Heat gently to a very light simmer – do not bring to a full boil. This preserves vitamin C, I3C, and fat-soluble nutrients.
- If you feel physically hungry, listen to your body – a small natural snack keeps you on track without compromising the cleanse. Ideal options: celery, cucumber, or carrot sticks, half an avocado, a small handful of raw almonds or walnuts, lightly steamed broccoli or courgette, or a small portion of berries.
- Light activity is encouraged – at 1,194 kcal per day, Signature Glow supports light to moderate movement.
- All frozen products are cold-pressed, or gently prepared, then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
- The evening before each cleanse day, place the cleanse products in bowls or containers of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, which preserves the product integrity.
- Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
- Shake gently before opening – natural separation after defrosting is normal, a sign of no stabilisers.
- The products in this cleanse contain celery and tree nuts. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because our products are cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, they are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when extra caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised. As a cleanse naturally involves a lighter calorie intake, it is also not suited to these times, when the body's nutritional needs are higher.
