Turmeric provides curcumin – among the most studied natural compounds for inflammation, immune support, joint health, and antioxidant activity. The challenge is absorption: curcumin is broken down by intestinal enzymes before reaching circulation at meaningful levels. Piperine from black pepper protects curcumin through the digestive system, so that more reaches the bloodstream where it can work. Orange brings the formula to life – vitamin C for immune resilience, collagen synthesis, and antioxidant protection, hesperidin – the citrus flavonoid that supports cognitive function and mental clarity – and a natural citrus brightness that gives Rise its refreshing character.
- Rise works best in the morning or afternoon – a considered anti-inflammatory start to the day or a restorative reset when the body needs it most.
- Morning or afternoon – drink Rise after Almond Dream or Cacao Bliss, or alongside a meal containing healthy fat — avocado, nuts, seeds, or olive oil work equally well. Curcumin absorbs most effectively when fat is already present in the digestive system.
- Daily. Anti-inflammatory protection and immune resilience build with every shot.

- All frozen products are cold-pressed then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
- The evening before you want to consume a frozen product, place it in a bowl or container of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, which preserves the product integrity.
- Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
- Shake gently before opening – natural separation after defrosting is normal, a sign of no stabilisers.
- This product may contain traces of celery and tree nuts. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
- If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. Cold-pressed juice naturally contains fruit and vegetable sugars that are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and can affect your blood glucose.
