Each product placed in the day where its compounds do their best work — sequenced as a single arc the body already knows how to move through.
Turmeric provides curcumin – among the most studied plant compounds for its role in inflammation and antioxidant activity. Piperine from black pepper helps protect curcumin through the digestive system, supporting absorption. Orange brings the formula to life with vitamin C for immune resilience, collagen synthesis and antioxidant protection, alongside hesperidin for cognitive function.
Carrot brings beta-carotene – converted by the body into vitamin A – supporting skin cell renewal, eye health, and immune function. Orange delivers vitamin C for collagen production, immune resilience, and antioxidant protection – alongside hesperidin for cognitive function and mental clarity. Ginger adds anti-inflammatory depth, easing chronic low-grade inflammation. Green apple brings antioxidant polyphenols for broader cellular protection.
- In the morning, take the Rise shot first, fasted, before food - this allows piperine-curcumin absorption without competition. Wait twenty to thirty minutes, then drink Clarity at your own rhythm – fasted or alongside breakfast.
- All frozen products are cold-pressed then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
- Every evening, place one Clarity and one Rise in bowls or containers of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, preserving the cold-pressed integrity.
- Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
- Drink chilled. Do not allow to reach room temperature, and do not heat.
- Shake gently before opening. Cold-pressed juices separate naturally – this is a sign of no added stabilisers.
- This product may contain traces of celery and tree nuts. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
- Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
- If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. Cold-pressed juice naturally contains fruit and vegetable sugars that are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and can affect your blood glucose.
