  • In the morning, take the Rise shot first, fasted, before food - this allows piperine-curcumin absorption without competition. Wait twenty to thirty minutes, then drink Clarity at your own rhythm – fasted or alongside breakfast.
  • All frozen products are cold-pressed then immediately blast frozen to protect and preserve the nutrients, texture, and flavour. Once received, the products should be kept frozen.
  • Every evening, place one Clarity and one Rise in bowls or containers of water in the fridge to defrost overnight – the gentlest method, preserving the cold-pressed integrity.
  • Our frozen products have a 2-month shelf life from the time of pressing. Check the use-by date on each bottle and consume within the indicated time frame.
  • Drink chilled. Do not allow to reach room temperature, and do not heat.
  • Shake gently before opening. Cold-pressed juices separate naturally – this is a sign of no added stabilisers.
  • This product may contain traces of celery and tree nuts. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
  • Because this product is cold-pressed and unpasteurised to preserve the vitamins, enzymes, and plant compounds, it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, when additional caution around fresh, raw products is generally advised.
  • If you have a blood sugar sensitivity or manage your blood sugar with medication, please speak to your doctor first. Cold-pressed juice naturally contains fruit and vegetable sugars that are readily absorbed into the bloodstream and can affect your blood glucose.
